The objective of the project for the Nespelem School District was to implement mechanical upgrades at the 31,000 square foot elementary school that would provide an efficient, low maintenance HVAC system for today and into the future.

Pro Mechanical Services provided all the HVAC dry side solutions. The new primary HVAC system was relocated from the mechanical room to the roof with a four-pipe heating and cooling system. An energy efficient fan wall supply was installed along with return fans with VFDs.
