Sacred Heart Parish was built in 1969 without air conditioning, making summertime events uncomfortably warm. The original building was built around the HVAC system which made this project a challenge. The scope of work included demolition of their existing AHU, installation of a ground-mounted 25-ton package unit and connecting new ductwork to their existing infrastructure. As work progressed, existing electrical service to the building was found to be substantially undersized. New feeders and gear were installed to bring the building up to code.
